Services Provided

Support Brokering is an optional service for individuals in Self Directed Services. As your support broker we assist you with administrative tasks such as submitting timesheets, invoices, and mileage. We provide guidance with budget, staff recruitment and hiring, managing supports and services, and start up and planning activities. We work together with the FMS company, the CCS, DDA, staff, and family to assure the individual receiving services is living a fulfilling and meaningful life. 

Benefits Counseling is a service provided to individuals receiving state or federal benefits.  Benefits Counselors provide information in regards to maximizing benefits and making the best informed choice related to the benefits and services they receive. 

Aviso Resources offers free informational sessions throughout the year. We explain what to expect with self directed compared to traditional services. We also guide you through the process of exiting the school system.  or switching from traditional services to self directed.
